Terms of Service – Wholesale Supply

Scope

These terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with Vape Quelle by business customers. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for resale or business use, not as a consumer.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, including stock, price and delivery date. Listings on this website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer, and stock can change before confirmation.

Pricing

Trade prices are quoted per order and may change with manufacturer pricing or currency movement. Confirmed orders are not repriced. Shipping and any applicable taxes are stated separately on the order confirmation.

Payment

Unless other terms are agreed in writing, orders are payable before dispatch. For repeat accounts we may agree payment terms in writing.

Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the address on the order confirmation. Title passes once payment has been received in full.

Regulatory responsibility

Products are supplied for resale in markets where they may lawfully be sold. The buyer is responsible for checking that the products, packaging and labelling comply with the regulations of the destination market before resale.

Liability

We are liable for defects and for damage caused by our own negligence. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.
