Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same or next business day. Large or mixed-SKU orders may need an extra day for picking and palletising — we confirm the dispatch date in writing when your order is confirmed.

Delivery times

• Germany — typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
• EU neighbours (NL, BE, FR, AT, DK, PL, CZ) — typically 2–5 business days
• Rest of EU — typically 3–7 business days
• Non-EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Balkans) — typically 5–12 business days, customs clearance included in the estimate

These are typical transit times, not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays and customs inspections can add time.

Tracking

Every shipment gets a tracking number, sent to your account email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If a parcel stalls for more than three business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Customs and documentation

For deliveries outside the EU we provide commercial invoices, packing lists and product documentation needed for clearance. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless we have agreed DDP terms in writing.

Packaging

Wholesale orders ship in plain, unbranded outer cartons with inner retail packaging intact. If you need neutral packaging for your own market, tell us before the order is picked.
